Templates

Find below templates for several of our products. We are currently working on this section and will be adding the templates as we make them.

Instructions for using the publisher templates

1. Open the downloaded file in Publisher.
2. Position your text and images to line up with the guides and outlines provided.
3. When you have finished the artwork in the first position, use cut & paste to duplicate your design onto the other positions.

Please note that the guide lines on our templates are on the background of the templates, to view click "View/Go To Background"

Tips:
1. Where you are positioning text near to the edge, try to avoid placing it closer than about 5mm to avoid the risk of text being difficult to read.
2. Some printers print consistently off centre on the sheet. If you print onto one of the test sheets and all of the print is out of position by the same amount, use the nudge keys to reposition all your artwork. The best way to do this is as follows. (instructions below are dependant upon the version of Microsoft Publisher that you are running)

a. Work out how far horizontally/vertical you need to move it.
b. Go to "Tools / Options / Edit" and set to "Arrow key nudge" box to this value
c. Go to "Edit / Select All" to select all your artwork.
d. Press the appropriate cursor key once to move everything by the set amount.
e. Repeat for the amount of vertical movement required.
f. Print another test sheet, and repeat the exercise if necessary.

c. "Arrange/Nudge" and then click on the arrows to move to the correct position
